Terrible. I ordered a glass of wine. They didnt give me water. I just so happen to have a bottled water with me and tried to have it after my wine. They came to me and not allowing me to have my water and says that I need to pay 1500yen. I can understand if I didn't order anything. However, I ordered my wine and they didnt give me water......and refuse me from taking mine!! I think this is not a culture issue. This is terrible service.
